Solor calls Paddy, "The alien is in the transporter room but we can't beam him home. He seems anxious at the moment. Be aware that additional security may be required."
He turns his attention to Mook.
"What is worrying you Mook? Why do you need to go home?"

"Aye. And we've got an inbound freighter due, tomorrow, incoming crew." Paddy quickly relays the information to all hands.
Mook, responding to Solor, says, "You present danger. You seem to trust stones - that make you danger, as stones may take your mind. The stones are evil. They make slaves." His voice is clearly tense, and the translator flattening it makes it oddly more so.

"The stones talked to us but no trust was put in them. We recorded their information and left."
"We are willing to help you and your people. Will you accept our help?"

"Not today, but maybe, eventually." His hands have not moved a bit toward his weapon.

"We have done what we can Mook. If you cannot leave now, then you must stay here."
"Please attempt to beam him again Vork."
If the transporter is still broke, then he will encourage Mook to come down from the platform.

"I have no lock, but I'll try anyway. It's like he isn't even there!" Vork's exasperation is obvious.
Vork then stops, puts a couple spare parts on the deck
He proceeds to activate the teleporter on "full open" - the resulting vortex is audible, but effective. Mook and the parts disappear. "Parts arrived. I can only assume Mook did, too. And power is dangerously low, sir."

"Thank you Vork."
Solor quietly leaves and heads to the Bridge.
"The alien is gone Paddy. Is the disturbance to the ship still present?"

"I don't know sir, been busy." She hands over a clipboard. It has personell transfer orders. "I had to run a genetic reconstruction algorithm to restore the text from the checksums. I think I got it right. Also, it's someone elses' shift; I've been on half a day."

"Very well, if there is any additional interference, then I will be informed of it."
Solor looks over the transfer orders.

"The bridge is yours, Sir." Paddy doesn't even wait for an acknowledgment, but grabs her dishes, and exits.

Solor makes his way to a science station and records their current position. He attempts to find if there still any disturbance to the flight of the ship.

Solor turns to address the crew members present. "There is still a disturbance to the ship, but we appear to be on the correct course. Let's allow for some time and make note of anything unusual."
He remains at the station and continues to monitor the navigation points.
