So what's left? (Or who, rather?)
As you can guess, I'm not too particular. I'm just happy to play at all!

Well, my top choice is still there. My preferences, in order (from those left):
1. Marcus Sloan 2. Nicole Ransom 3. Deanna Carson
(No one's chosen Captain yet?)

"Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them". - Twelfth Night, Act II, Scene V Okay, who can we thrust it upon? I tried my part with Falconer, but he is honestly busy (look around, it's a great website isn't it?). C'mon, this little guy is beggin' ya... No? No takers? None? Alright, if no one else honestly wants to make the big mistakes decisions, then I am ready to make them with you! Ronin84, if there is no one else wanting it and you don't have plans to NPC the character, then I would like to switch from Engineering to the CO. It's only 430 PC/NPC lives at stake. What could really happen? Ciao! Grendelwulf

Grendelwulf - if you don't want to take the chair, then don't! After all, if Ronin follows the Jeff Rient's Law of NPCs (Your NPC is fubar'ed and meant to die...) then the Captain's chair may get filled by one of us soon enough...

I have done that often as a matter of fact! For this I just want the players happy with their characters and their roles.

LOL! I remember reading about that on Jeff's blog somewhere.
The center seat was starting to look tempting, but I think I will stay in Engineering afterall.
Besides, this is the Federation's "Ghost Ship", right? She lost all of her crew...except her CO, Captain Ronald Tracey. The 'spirits' may be restless until they have a commanding officer amongst them....
Ciao! Grendelwulf

PM'd for your personal logs! Oooh, an intro! Where's my engine room pics when I need them? BTW, this is the Exeter, not the Essex, right? You have typed it before, but I really noticed it when the CO was welcomed aboard the Essex. Either that, or the shuttle pilot made a wrong turn to another dock. Ciao! Grendelwulf
