Yes, that Space Patrol PDF has been around since the early days of this board. Space Patrol even more rudimentary than Star Trek: Adventure Gaming in the Final Frontier in most ways, though it has some useful bits which have been cut from STAGFF (see my recent thread on cybernetics).
It’s the later versions of the game, Star Patrol and Starfleet Voyages, which contain greatly expanded rules.
