One problem I faced prepping WNMHGB was equipment. If I added enough space for stuff, it would require me to create a 2 page sheet, or to cramp things massively. The solution: I created equipment cards to hand out and back. This is also handy for other things where a tactile card can provide valuable information, such as prepping landing partys, having players just hold up their communicator card when they talk to their ship, or taking away the phaser cards when PCs get imprisoned. www.4shared.com/zip/1cSQhSWK/WNMHGB-Equipment-Cards.htmlNote the equipment follows some house-rules and isn't vanilla WNMHGB (deadlier phasers, metric system instead of feet etc.). However, a freely editable OpenOffice-file is included. And on a related note, my character sheet I use: www.4shared.com/zip/oNI6VS0U/sheets.htmlIt might not be the prettiest one of those around. But it covers my needs exactly, and offers yet another design for fellow WNMHGB players.

Skyrock! Nice job with the equipment cards! Unlike D&D and most other RPG's the characters in WNMHGB don't really collect or keep their equipment. It would be assigned per mission, so the cards work out great.
Love the male/female icons on your Character sheet too! I can color the shirt to show what group my PC belongs to.

Yes, that is the idea with the icons. Rather than to write down gender and class, you color it out on the sheet.
In most games the portrait section on the character sheet is dead space that 75% of all players don't use. But in the case of WNMHGB, it can actually be used to store relevant information.
