Just thought others might be interested in some 15mm TOS-alike miniatures that have recently hit the market. They are a pack of six (4M/2F, 4 w/pistols, 2w/tricordery boxes). They are not ideal (pistols in particular are vaguely generic), but are closer than anything else I have seen currently for sale. I have bought three packs and am very pleased with them. With different paint jobs I think they could represent Starfleet and/or Klingon crew. They are sold by CP Models, and their website has a good, clear photo. I have no interest in CP Models, but have struggled over the years to get decent TOS miniatures in 15mm, so just wanted to share this discovery with all here.

Those are some...rugged-looking (*ahem*) females. Are there any other manufacturers of Trek-like minis? (any medium, any scale)

(any medium, any scale) Obviously CP couldn't afford the soft focus camerawork for the females ;^) To my knowledge there are 28mm and 32mm manufacturers, the 32mm (Modiphius or something like that) seem to have a licence for an RPG and several ranges of figures. I just prefer the 15mm scale to fit in with the FASA "Enterprise" and D7 deckplans, and because it makes hand drawn (to figure scale) mapping easier.
