I want to do a Mirror Universe night. Anyone aware of any other supplements or — ideally — scenarios for the Mirror Universe other than this one? Doggone it, I have to reinstall my SSL cert. I mean the Decipher Mirror Universe book.

Other sources? Not really. There's a possibility Modiphius may do a setting book each for Discovery and Enterprise... which would be potentials ...
Now, Doomed to Repeat the Past (M-Trek) is main continuity, and is an excellent one to convert to a mirror universe one.
Serious spoilers (highlight to read)
The issue is a plague, based upon the Ent episode Divergence. Same plague, mutated a bit, in the TNG era.
The adventure is mostly about getting the computer core from NX-01 working so Dr Phlox's cure can be replicated. End of spoilers for the Adventure
Start conversion ideas:
It is easily enough done that the ship with the core is from the mirror universe, since Spock was aware of how to cross, and knows that the skills needed are easier to find in the prime timeline.
Or, perhaps, the source of the contagion is from the Mirror universe, where it's not been cured yet. And the source is resistant to it, but the Primary universe isn't.
Or even, a secondary plot: It's happening at both, but Spock's student has knowledge, and desires to escape the Mirror Universe.
One very important element in Dis S3: we find out that Mirror universe denizens suffer from extended (as in years) time away from the MU.

IDW Comics has done several series about the TNG crew in the mirror universe. It may help with some ideas.

The Decipher book is good for inspiration, but I don’t think I will end up using much material from there. My takeaway is that they “remix” elements from the show(s), and that’s just what I’m going to do with elements from my campaign. I am going to set it in the Triangle and put a new spin on each character and try to think of ways past events maybe fell out differently. I need to have ideas of things to throw at the players, but leave enough room for it to be their creativity at work, too.

Had a blast with it! I will say it is tricky on a number of levels. The first challenge was to imagine how the MU differs—how the PCs’ personalities differ in the MU, and therefore how their past adventures might have played differently out in the MU, and therefore ways in which the present situation differs in the MU. This was a fun exercise, and ultimately made for a great “bottle episode” — serving as a deep dive into the characters and the past highlights of the campaign. A great way to come back from a 3-month hiatus. But it was also really difficult (esp. for the players) to internalize and remember everything that was going on, and to try to imagine how these alternate versions of the characters would behave and what their goals were. We played this across two sessions, and I spent a good amount of time before each session with each player hashing out what their goals were, and it really paid off. Because I basically set the players loose in the sandbox and let the chips fall where they may.
We had three PCs from the Prime Universe and six PCs from the Mirror Universe. So there was an extra layer of trickiness for the PCs who were playing their PU version who found themselves transported to the MU. They basically had to manage triple immersion — the characters finding themselves in the MU and learning about it and about what their MU counterparts were like and impersonating them but remembering not to go too far because they were supposed to be good (trying not to have too much fun with the agony booth, for example). It was also tricky, in this murder-happy universe, to remember to try to keep the primes alive!
I can post more about this if you’re interested, answer questions or post more general thoughts if there is interest. Of course a lot of the design work was specific to my campaign, but some of it might nevertheless be interesting.

I will try to recap a few points of general interest. In our take on the Mirror Universe, the IKS has been functionally replaced with an burgeoning independent Vulcan Empire consisting of at least Kinarra, K’linsann, North Pasadena, and Satterfeld. This was set in motion, or at least inspired by, Spock. In the Prime Universe of our campaign, it has long been established that one of the PCs (Igor Petrenko) is in possession of a stasis box, which he has never opened. Well, he opened it, and inside found an ancient artifact — a mirror. It instantly transported him and two other PCs (who were present) into the Mirror Universe, of course swapping them with their MU counterparts. However, their MU counterparts were not in possession of this stasis box, so obviously they had to quest for it (an intuitive and flexible goal). In the MU, they found a stasis box in the captain’s cabin (in a sort of hidden cabinet like where Kirk kept the Tantalus field device). This stasis box did not contain the mirror, but it did eventually led them to Colil V, where they were able to find another stasis box in the Preserver ruins. Although in the Prime Universe of our campaign Cmdr. McDonald had destroyed the data necessary to construct an interphase gun (in the adventure “Ghosts of Conscience”), in the MU of our campaign he had secretly and successfully constructed it and installed it aboard the PCs’ ship. For those not familiar, interphase is the effect which happened to the Defiant in “The Tholian Web.” It turned green and disappeared. The “gun” weaponizes this effect. So at one point the interphase gun was, sadly, used to interphase a ship crewed by jolly Tellarite pirates. This meant there were occasional (okay, constant) Tellarite “green ghosts” seen floating around for the rest of the adventure.

One thing that was unplanned and unexpected but which I thought worked out really well, at least in a 2-session adventure, is that whereas the PCs all started at each other’s throats, by the end of it all of them (at least, all who survived) were able to team up to help each other further their goals. Nobody was just plain mustache-twirling evil, and I think that makes for more compelling characters and play. It made for a satisfying sequel to the TV episode, picking up and continuing the trajectory of the episode and fleshing out its universe. Like the episode, it ended on a positive note, albeit with a question-mark. The Prime Universe characters returned to their own universe, and we capped off the evening imagining that, for the Mirror Universe characters, everything worked out for them just according to plan. And then we imagined how it might all have gone disastrously wrong!
