There are a dizzying number of minis available from ADB on Shapeways, so here is a selection. Generally offered in two scales. I think their metal minis are cheaper, although I don't know if they have the same selection as they do on Shapeways: www.starfleetstore.com/federation-c-12_25/?zenid=mkkjbv22m36thau95gid584bs2I hope to eventually get starship and add custom decals which several manufacturers make. ADB has different scales of the ships, so that's another consideration as well. Walmart has a print-on-fleece feature now so for starship maps, I think that's the way to go!

I linked to the metal minis a few years back. The links have changed but it should be easy to figure out because the product codes are the same.
But I don’t think they ever had the FJ designs in metal.
And it is kind of fun to play around with rotating the model.

Some of the FJ designs were available in metal for a while. I know there was a metal Constitution class - which was close...but not identical to the old Zocchi plastic version.

I needed a few more Romulan variants (I’m running a FASA scenario which requires a whole bunch of Romulan ships, but the FASA designs and nomenclature leave me cold), so eventually I sorted out what their most common ships are in the SFU (TOS-era): EaglesSnipe Frigate 3788 3125BattleHawk Destroyer 3788 3125War Eagle Cruiser 3788 3125King Eagle Command Cruiser 3788 3125Vulture Dreadnought 3788 3125KestrelsK4R Escort (Klingon E4) 3788 3125K5R Frigate (Klingon F5) 3788 3125KR Heavy Cruiser (Klingon D6) 3788 3125K7R Battlecruiser (Klingon D7) 3788 3125KRC Command Cruiser (Klingon D7C) 3788 3125K9R Dreadnought (Klingon C8) 3788 3125

Nice! Are you planning on using them in your RPG games?

Yeah. Using the S&S space combat system, so basically I just need one class of ship for each type (a destroyer, a cruiser, etc.). This will do just fine.
The impetus for this was, I am running A Doomsday Like Any Other, which features several Romulan ships of various classes, and FASA’s ships are just too baroque and fiddly for my needs.
