As a Treknologist, I had to get the Utopia Planitia Starfleet Sourcebook for Star Trek Adventures. Besides having lots of ship stats and construction details, it also talked about life on a Starfleet vessel and adventure ideas.
A couple of the ships that they included was the Hermes class scout (probably because it "appeared" in the movies) and the NASA Space Shuttle.
This book will help me with my homebrewing.

A couple of the ships that they included was the Hermes class scout (probably because it "appeared" in the movies) and the NASA Space Shuttle. SNW season 1 introduced a single nacelle scout ship; aside from the strut itself, it is visually a Hermes. NCC-627 USS Archer (class ship) memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Archer_typeInteresting to note: this number is clear of the Hermes class' peak, NCC-625, in the SFTM.
