Star Trek: Adventure Gaming in the Final Frontier. Oh! That one! "Heritage Star Trek". I know that it IS downloadable from somewhere.... I do have all of the 'important' text of STAGFF collated, but the effort of putting it into a presentable and SRD-style document has slowed down due pressures to finish my dissertation herniating into my gaming life. If you'd like, I'll do my best to clean it up and post the document here. It combs STAGFF, plus the two magazine articles published (one a set of XP and campaign rules, one an adventure with a couple of rules suggestions), but not the later Starfleet Voyages version of the game—I haven't been able to see that in person yet. Most of the text I've condensed and reworded to fit into short sentences, and to avoid plagiarism. There are also a couple of instances where rules seem to conflict, and rather than pick one I just put them both down next to each other as best I can, usually with a footnote of how I've ruled it (for example, I infer that 3D6 is rolled for most tasks, but 4D6 for especially difficult ones, even though I doubt that was a conscious design intention).

I've never seen a PDF of Starfleet Voyages myself - I do happen to have a physical copy though and I can tell you that except for the new Space Combat section (which is actually really good!) they are almost identical.

Interesting, what about the experience and campaign rules? I'm guessing Michael Scott didn't continue with Paul Crabaugh's house rules from Different Worlds 18, but used something of his own design.

I'm pretty sure there are still NO experience points in this version either. And I think Paul's article might have been after this was published, but it's hard to know for sure.
