Hi! My group is hoping to develop a campaign around a merchantman such as that seen in Star Trek III. I understand that FASA featured it in both an adventure ("The Serpent Factor" by Patrick Larkin) and a Jaynz Ships of the Galaxy article, both published in November 1984 in Volume 1, Issue 1 of Stardate magazine. I would be grateful for any assistance in tracking down a copy of those articles or the issue as a whole. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi George Not exactly what you were looking for, but may be some use. Open the below link and go to "Et Cetera" and you'll find the "Monarch" which is FASA's take on this ship www.ststcsolda.space/index.html

Also, can I recommend the "Triangle" supplement as a good setting for a, traders getting into all sorts of trouble, campaign. There is also a "Triangle Campaign" but I have never seen it and so can't comment.

Thanks to all for your helpful replies. Falconer, my request to join the (main) group is pending--hoping for a quick approval, as I'm very eager to take a look at the scan. I'll also be listening to your podcast. Thanks!

Keep me posted how it’s going. I could upload something in a day or two if you’re having trouble. It will still be worth it to join.
